YOUR ENTERED SCENARIO

Cash and internal time

This is a planning total, not a supplier quote or accounting expense measure. Tax, unused capacity and charges you have not entered are not inferred.

Credits are a separate calculation.

Enter the credits required by the scenario. The planner finds a minimum-cash combination of the documented bundles. It does not invent a study-duration rate or include software.

Panel-bundle planner

The initial 30-credit example corresponds to ten Maze Core unmoderated responses under the cited schedule. A bundle purchase is not the only possible ordering route. Useberry’s requirement must come from the chosen study, not an assumed universal per-person rate.

Purchase and remainder

Read the result correctly

“Cash + valued internal time” is a decision aid, not a claim that staff time creates a second invoice. An annual software amount is the full payment you enter, not an automatically prorated monthly expense.

The credit tool allocates purchase cost proportionally between used and unused credits. Remaining value is not a refund promise. Maze documents a twelve-month validity; this edition does not assert a Useberry expiry period.

All calculation happens in this page. Nothing is uploaded. Read the complete budgeting guide or inspect the credit examples.
